John J. Bright, 18, manager of restaurant, attempted to save Joseph Ramsky, 4, from being run over by a streetcar, Holyoke, Massachusetts, April 5, 1906. Leaning over the track, Bright grabbed at the boy but was struck by the car and fell to the street, sustaining bruises on his shoulder, arm, and thigh, while the boy was knocked under the car and killed. 1242-133
