An automobile jumped the curb in front of a supermarket and proceeded along the sidewalk where those in its path included Mary, 8, John, 5, and Mrs. Anderson, 39 practical nurse. Instead of running clear of the vehicle, Mrs. Anderson ran thirty feet to Mary and John, who were making no attempt to get out of the path of the automobile.
