William A. Norman, 35, barber, died attempting to save an indeterminate person or persons from a runaway, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, June 9, 1911. Norman grabbed the bridle of one of two horses but was thrown under the horse and dragged 15 feet. He lost his hold and was trampled upon and run over by the wagon. He sustained injuries which resulted in his death. 6753-568
