William Walsh, 48, crossing watchman, saved an unknown woman from being run over by a train, Sewickley, Pennsylvania, December 7, 1907. Walsh jumped in front of a passenger train running 60 m.p.h. and only 200 feet distant, and dragged the woman off the track, falling with her just as the train rushed by. 2111-194
